Raymond Lifestyle announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net Loss of Raymond Lifestyle reported to Rs 52.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 44.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 18.89% to Rs 1776.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1494.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 20.90% to Rs 46.17 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 38.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
