SRU STEELS LIMITED has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 8, 2026, at the company`s registered office to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, along with the audited financial statements, the Board’s Report, and the Notice of the 31st Annual General Meeting. The board will also fix the book closure date, cut-off date for remote e-voting, and appoint Ms. Vishakha Agrawal of M/s. Vishakha Agrawal & Associates as the scrutinizer for the 31st Annual General Meeting.

Bihari Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 119020W) as the company’s statutory auditor, effective August 31, 2026, to fill a casual vacancy and serve until the conclusion of the upcoming annual general meeting, subject to shareholder approval.
