Khazanchi Jewellers announced that the 31th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 10 August 2026.

Khazanchi Jewellers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Khazanchi Jewellers rose 104.07% to Rs 25.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 12.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 18.35% to Rs 507.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 621.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 98.89% to Rs 89.42 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 44.96 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 15.65% to Rs 2049.22 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1771.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
