Tirupati Foam will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Tirupati Foam announced that the 39th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 20 August 2026.

Tirupati Foam announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Tirupati Foam declined 17.74% to Rs 0.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 12.08% to Rs 24.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 27.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 10.28% to Rs 1.92 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
