Welspun Corp has received a new order for supply of Coated Line Pipes from its manufacturing facility at Little Rock, USA, valued at approximately Rs. 960 crore. This addition takes the company`s consolidated global order book to approximately Rs. 25,750 crore (~USD 2.7 billion).

The board of Welspun Corp at its meeting held on 24 July 2026 has approved the additional 51% equity stake in Welspun Captive Power Generation (WCPGL) from Welspun Living (WLL), a promoter group Company, comprising of 1,50,64,213 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each, at a consideration of Rs. 67.66 crore. Upon completion of the aforesaid acquisition, the aggregate equity shareholding of the company, together with its subsidiaries, in WCPGL will increase from the existing 23% to 74%, consequent to which WCPGL will become a subsidiary of the Company.

Net profit of Welspun Corp rose 198.64% to Rs 1046.49 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 350.42 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025. Welspun Corp will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 24 July 2026.

Welspun Corp has received fresh orders worth Rs 1,400 crore for supply of pipes for oil & gas export projects. With this addition, the company`s global consolidated order book has scaled to Rs 23,650 crore. This order book is scheduled for execution over FY27 and FY28.
