Compucom Software will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 August 2026.

Compucom Software announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity Share (i.e. 12.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Compucom Software rose 28.24% to Rs 1.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.85 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 17.48% to Rs 7.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 9.61 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 94.59% to Rs 2.88 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
