Uniphos Enterprises announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 7 August 2026.

Uniphos Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3.5 per equity Share (i.e. 175%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
