SEDEMAC Mechatronics Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. SEDEMAC Mechatronics Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 44,610 equity shares to eligible employees who exercised options under the SEDEMAC Employee Stock Option Plan 2014 and the SEDEMAC Mechatronics Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2025, resulting in an increase of the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital from Rs 44,17,05,000 divided into 4,41,70,500 equity shares to Rs 44,21,51,100 divided into 4,42,15,110 equity shares.
