Doms Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 August 2026.

Doms Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3.65 per equity Share (i.e. 36.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of DOMS Industries rose 17.13% to Rs 56.74 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 48.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 18.72% to Rs 603.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 508.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 13.76% to Rs 230.18 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 202.34 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
