Ceigall India Limited announced that its Management Committee approved the creation of security for a Rupee Term Loan facility sanctioned to Ceigall Indore Ujjain Greenfield Highway Limited, a subsidiary and project special purpose vehicle, to finance a highway project. The company will also further invest in the Project SPV through equity share capital and loans, with an initial infusion of Rs 29.44 crore, representing 74% ownership, alongside Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, which will hold 26%.

The company will infuse Rs 29.44 crore in the form of equity share capital, alongside Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited, to acquire 74% of Ceigall Indore Ujjain Greenfield Highway Limited, incorporated on January 15, 2026, which has a line of business in infrastructure development and a turnover of Rs 0.40 lakh for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.

Net profit of Ceigall India rose 15.27% to Rs 61.30 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 53.18 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
