Styrenix Performance Materials announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 27 August 2026.

Styrenix Performance Materials announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 August 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 23 per equity Share (i.e. 230%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Styrenix Performance Materials rose 166.37% to Rs 138.30 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 51.92 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
