Neptune Logitek Limited announced it has acquired 1,00,000 equity shares, representing 100.00% of the paid-up equity share capital, of Neptune Cargo Services Private Limited for Rs 10 per share, completing the acquisition on September 16, 2026. The acquisition, done at arm’s length, establishes Neptune Cargo Services Private Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary of Neptune Logitek Limited and is in line with the company’s strategy of investing in the logistics business; directors Ankit Devidas Shah, Reema Ankit Shah and Nikunj Dhansukhbhai Damani are also directors of Neptune Cargo Services Private Limited.

Neptune Logitek Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved the Director’s Report for the financial year 2025-26, appointed Mr. Dixit Dipakkumar Shah of M/S. Dixit Shah & Associates as a scrutinizer for the ensuing Annual General Meeting, fixed September 11, 2026, as the cut-off date for electronic voting at the 14th Annual General Meeting, and approved the notice convening the 14th Annual General Meeting.

Neptune Logitek has revised the meeting of the Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on 30 May 2026. The meeting will now be held on 6 June 2026.
