Technocraft Ventures Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, September 02, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The trading window for equity shares of the company for designated persons, immediate relatives, and other insiders has been closed since August 14, 2026, and will remain closed for 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
