Abbott India announced that the 82th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 13 August 2026.

Abbott India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 131 per equity Share (i.e. 1310%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Sales rose 6.54% to Rs 1709.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1604.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 9.73% to Rs 1552.02 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1414.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 8.11% to Rs 6929.05 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 6409.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
