Epack Durable Limited announced the removal of Mr. Maneesh Bahuguna, Senior Vice President (R&D & Sourcing) and Senior Management Personnel, with immediate effect, August 21, 2026, citing non-compliance with the company`s data handling and confidentiality protocols.

EPACK Durable Limited’s board of directors recommended the re-appointment of M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 015125N), as the Statutory Auditors of the company for a second consecutive term of five years, subject to approval by the company’s members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, which will conclude in 2031.

Epack Durable will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 August 2026.

Net profit of Epack Durable declined 99.95% to Rs 0.02 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 37.72 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
