Bondada Engineering has received a prestigious Notification of Award (NOA) from NTPC Renewable Energy for the EPC Package for Development of 250 MW Solar PV Project with 50 MW/200 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project at Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. With this order, Bondada`s Solar EPC order book has expanded to ~ 5.5 GWp, while its BESS order book has increased to ~ 1.1 GWh. The strengthened order book enhances revenue visibility, provides strong execution momentum, and establishes a robust platform for sustainable growth in the years ahead.

Bondada Engineering has secured multiple orders aggregating to Rs 469.52 crore from Adani Group.The orders pertain to the supply of goods and onsite services for the Balance of System (BOS) package for a 250 MW Solar Power Project at Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat � one of India`s largest renewable energy hubs. With this achievement, the Company`s cumulative executed capacity for the Adani Group has reached 975 MW.

Bondada Engineering has secured multiple orders aggregating to Rs 125.30 crore from Adani Green, Adani Ports & SEZ and Ambuja Cements. These orders relate to the supply of goods and onsite services of Balance of System (BOS) components for a 75 MW solar power project at Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat�one of India`s key renewable energy hubs. With this, the Company`s cumulative capacity executed for Adani Group has reached 725 MW.

Net profit of Bondada Engineering rose 11.39% to Rs 59.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 53.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 27.93% to Rs 913.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 714.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 85.52% to Rs 203.48 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 109.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
