Bondada Engineering Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for transactions in shares of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

Bondada Engineering Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors, meeting on September 22, 2026, approved an amendment to the Whistle Blower Policy, available on the company’s website at www.bondada.net, and reconstituted the Stakeholders Relationship Committee by inducting Mr. P Dinakara Rao, an Independent Director, as a member, as part of the company’s migration from the BSE SME Platform to the Main Board.

Bondada Engineering Limited has incorporated PhotonicGrid Networks Private Limited, a subsidiary focused on building, owning, and operating fibre optic infrastructure networks and allied telecommunications infrastructure in India. According to a regulatory filing with the BSE, PhotonicGrid will offer network infrastructure and managed services to customers including hyperscalers, data centre operators, and telecom service providers, with the aim of generating recurring revenue and complementing Bondada Group’s existing telecom and data centre infrastructure capabilities.

Bondada Engineering Limited has incorporated Bondada Hindupur BESS Project Private Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary to develop a 225 MW / 450 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project awarded by AP Transco under a Build-Own-Operate model, with an initial investment of Rs 100,000 through the subscription of 100,000 equity shares of Rs 10 face value each. The new subsidiary, established as a Special Purpose Vehicle, will focus on the development, financing, procurement, construction, commissioning, ownership, operation and maintenance of the project, which is intended to support renewable energy integration and grid flexibility in Andhra Pradesh, marking Bondada Engineering Limited’s expansion into the energy-storage and energy-transition infrastructure segment.

Bondada Engineering Limited has submitted its Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the period ended March 31, 2026, as part of the process to migrate its equity shares from the SME platform of the BSE Limited to the Main Board of BSE Limited and the Main Board of National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The report, issued by Vivek Surana & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, confirms the company’s compliance with applicable regulations and corporate practices during the review period.
