Koura Fine Diamond Jewelry Limited convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on August 31, 2026, via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, where shareholders approved increasing the authorized share capital and the issuance of up to 600,000 convertible warrants on a preferential basis, according to a regulatory filing. The meeting was chaired by Managing Director Kamlesh Keshavlal Lodhiya, and 7 members were present, with Dilip Kumar Swarnkar appointed as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
