BLS E-Services Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Atyati Technologies Private Limited, has approved a Business Transfer Agreement with TVAM Technologies Private Limited for the sale of its Joint Liability Group-Financial Lending Business on a slump sale basis for Rs 59.49 lakh. The JLG Business Undertaking had a turnover of Rs 100.56 crore, representing 26.8% of ATPL’s total turnover for the financial year 2025-26, and a net worth of Rs 59.49 lakh as of July 1, 2026, representing 0.9% of ATPL’s total net worth; TVAM, which does not belong to the promoter group, is a related party due to a shared director, and the transaction is expected to close within 90 days.

BLS E-Services Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, are made public, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

BLS E-Services Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that shareholders approved an alteration in the company’s Memorandum of Association at the Annual General Meeting held on September 15, 2026, which involved a split/sub-division of equity shares, increasing the number of equity shares from 11,00,00,000 to 22,00,00,000 and reducing the face value per share from Rs 10 to Rs 5, while maintaining the authorised share capital at Rs 110,00,00,000.
