BLS E-Services announced that the 10th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 15 September 2026.

BLS E-Services will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 6 August 2026.

BLS E-Services has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% equity shareholding in Atyati Technologies (ATPL) on 02 July 2026. Consequent to this acquisition, ATPL has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

BLS E-Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
