BLS E-Services Limited has fixed Tuesday, October 6, 2026, as the record date for the sub-division of its equity shares, where every one existing share with a face value of Rs 10 will be split into two equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each.

BLS E-Services Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that shareholders approved an alteration in the company’s Memorandum of Association at the Annual General Meeting held on September 15, 2026, which involved a split/sub-division of equity shares, increasing the number of equity shares from 11,00,00,000 to 22,00,00,000 and reducing the face value per share from Rs 10 to Rs 5, while maintaining the authorised share capital at Rs 110,00,00,000.

BLS E-Services announced that the 10th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 15 September 2026.

Net profit of BLS E-Services rose 4.22% to Rs 15.30 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 14.68 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
