Royal Sense Limited will hold its 3rd Annual General Meeting on Monday, 28th September, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. (IST) via video conferencing and other audio visual means, with the register of members and share transfer books closed from 21st September, 2026 to 27th September, 2026, and remote e-voting available to shareholders from Friday, 25th September, 2026 at 09:00 A.M. to Sunday, 27th September, 2026 at 05:00 P.M., with a cut-off date of Monday, 21st September, 2026.

Royal Sense Limited informed the BSE on September 3, 2026, that its board of directors recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Rishabh Arora as Managing Director for a period of 3 years, with effect from September 28, 2026, to September 28, 2029, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 3rd Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the appointment of Ms. Mayuri Sinha, Proprietor of Mayuri Sinha & Co., as the Scrutinizer for the ensuing Annual General Meeting, replacing Mr. Sumit Bajaj, Proprietor of Sumit Bajaj & Associates, and approved convening the 3rd Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026.
