Arkade Developers Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company`s registrar and share transfer agent, confirmed that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received.

Arkade Developers Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Arkade Developers will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 August 2026.

Net loss of Arkade Developers reported to Rs 109.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 33.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
