Mish Designs Limited announced the allotment of 87,720 equity shares on the conversion of an equal number of warrants to a “Non-Promoter”/“Public” category, at an issue price of Rs 57 each, including a premium of Rs 47 each, resulting in an increase in the company’s paid-up equity capital from Rs 3,44,61,600 consisting of 34,46,160 equity shares to Rs 3,53,38,800 consisting of 35,33,880 equity shares. The company received Rs 37,50,030 from the allottees, representing 75% of the warrant issue price, and has 1,57,895 warrants outstanding for conversion.

I’Design Fashions Private Limited, incorporated on April 5, 2021, is involved in the manufacture and retail of wearing apparel and will become a subsidiary of Mish Designs Limited, with the acquisition intended to expand business operations and increase market share.
