Borosil Renewables Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited, acting as Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent.

Borosil Renewables Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company`s equity shares will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider and approve the results to be announced separately.

Borosil Renewables Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange on Friday, September 22, 2026, that its board approved a revised project cost estimate of up to Rs 1100 crores and an updated commissioning timeline of March 2027 for the expansion of the company’s production capacity from 1,000 TPD to 1,600 TPD at Bharuch, Gujarat. The project, initially slated for completion by December 2026 and budgeted at Rs 950 crores, has faced delays and increased costs of Rs 150 crores due to ongoing conflict in the Middle East, which has disrupted supply chains and increased commodity costs; the additional outlay will be met through internal funds. The company also noted eligibility for financial incentives under the Viksit Gujarat Industrial Policy – 2026, including Interest Subsidy, Power Tariff Subsidy, Capital Subsidy, and EPF Reimbursement, as notified by the Government of Gujarat.

Borosil Renewables Limited announced the allotment of 53,38,840 equity shares following the conversion of warrants by warrant holders, increasing the company`s paid-up equity share capital to Rs 14,71,83,709. The funds raised will be utilized, among other purposes, to finance the company’s solar glass expansion project. N R Agarwal Industries Limited received 37,735 shares, while Jigar Chandrakant Shah received 47,169 shares, and Niveshaay Hedgehogs FUND received 3,57,924 shares, as detailed in an annexure.

Borosil Renewables announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 27 August 2026.
