Varyaa Creations Limited informed the BSE Limited that Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company`s registrar and share transfer agent, confirmed that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to Varyaa Creations Limited for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received.

Varyaa Creations Limited informed the BSE Limited that it has closed the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for designated persons and relatives of designated persons, effective Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

Varyaa Creations Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Pooja Naheta as Managing Director for a five-year term, effective September 2, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s annual general meeting. The board also approved a revision in remuneration for Executive Directors Pooja Naheta and Sarika Naheta, and authorized investment of surplus funds in mutual funds. Additionally, the board approved a proposal to alter the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association to enable investments in securities and financial instruments, pending shareholder approval via a special resolution.
