Kross Limited announced that its board approved the raising of Rs 31.80 crore through the issuance and allotment of up to 15,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 212 per share on a preferential basis to Rathore Gauravrajsingh Vijaysingh, Dhruv Agarwal, Saroj V Rathore, and Richa Gauravrajsingh Rathore. Additionally, the company’s board approved the issuance of up to 15,00,000 convertible warrants, also aggregating to Rs 31.80 crore, with Sumeet Rai and Kunal Rai as proposed allottees, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Kross Limited will hold a board meeting on August 31, 2026, to evaluate a proposal for raising funds through the issuance of equity shares or convertible equity warrants, or another permissible method, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals. Trading window for the company`s securities will be closed for insiders and designated persons from August 26, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting’s outcome.

Kross announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 16 September 2026.
