Indo Borax and Chemicals Limited has initiated a public offer, or Open Offer, to acquire shares of Kronox Lab Sciences Limited following the Acquirer`s acquisition of a substantial stake, triggering requirements under Indian takeover regulations. The announcement was made on August 20, 2026, with Zenrock Chemicals Private Limited acting as the Promoter Authorised Representative for Indo Borax. Key details of the offer, including the price and tendering period, will be disclosed in a Detailed Public Statement expected to be published within five working days, by August 28, 2026. Kronox Lab Sciences Limited is obligated to maintain normal business operations and adhere to specific restrictions outlined by SEBI, including limitations on asset sales, borrowing, and share issuances, while also facilitating the Open Offer process with the assistance of IIFL Capital Services Limited.

KRONOX Lab Sciences Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 10, 2026, to September 16, 2026, for the purpose of paying a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, contingent upon approval at the company’s 17th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 16, 2026.
