Harshdeep Hortico Limited has set September 10, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, as per Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Harshdeep Hortico Limited informed the BSE SME Platform that its Board of Directors approved a change in designation for Mr. Harshit Hitesh Shah from Whole-time Director to Executive Director, effective September 17, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, during a meeting held on August 18, 2026.
