Astron Multigrain Limited has appointed M/s. Babubhai Patel & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Piyush Kothari & Associates, Chartered Accountants, with the appointment effective from September 2, 2026, pending shareholder approval. The Board of Directors also approved the reappointment of M/s. Babubhai Patel & Associates for a term of five consecutive years, commencing after the conclusion of the Eighth Annual General Meeting in 2026 and continuing until the Thirteenth AGM in 2031, subject to shareholder approval.

Astron Multigrain will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 May 2026.
