Ganesh Green Bharat has cancelled the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the company which was scheduled to be held on 25 June 2026.

Ganesh Green Bharat announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 June 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
