Tolins Tyres Limited, formerly Tolins Tyres Private Limited, announced that its Board of Directors has scheduled the 23rd Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. IST via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and has set September 22, 2026, as the cut-off date for shareholders to vote remotely.
