Tolins Tyres Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that it will close the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities for designated persons and employees and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half ending September 30, 2026.

Tolins Tyres Limited, formerly Tolins Tyres Private Limited, announced that its Board of Directors has scheduled the 23rd Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. IST via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and has set September 22, 2026, as the cut-off date for shareholders to vote remotely.

Tolins Tyres will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Net profit of Tolins Tyres declined 3.66% to Rs 8.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 9.28 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 12.17% to Rs 77.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 69.53 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 7.73% to Rs 35.69 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 38.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
