Sattrix Information Security Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, to approve the utilization of unutilized IPO proceeds for the acquisition of fixed assets, including a new office premises, and to consider and approve an employee stock option plan (ESOP) scheme. Sattrix Information Security has secured an international order from one of the multinational cyber security company to provide the following services - Tenable Security Center Design, Deployment, UAT, KT, Advisory and Health Checks. The contract is valued at Rs 1.74 crore.
