H.M. Electro Mech Limited announced that Mr. Dipak Padamakant Pandya has been re-appointed as Chairman and Managing Director of the company w.e.f. January 29, 2027, subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, following a board meeting held on September 3, 2026. Mr. Pandya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from Sardar Patel University, Gujarat, and has over 22 years of experience in electro-mechanical instrumentation, overseeing projects, operations & maintenance, and the HR department; he is the husband of Mrs. Mita Pandya.

H.M. Electro Mech Limited informed the BSE that it has amended its Article of Association to insert a new clause allowing shareholders to waive their right to receive dividends, subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The amendment, effective September 3, 2026, is in compliance with SEBI regulations and includes provisions for irrevocable waivers after record dates and requires a signed document for members, including promoters, to enact the waiver.
