CapitalNumbers Infotech Limited will seek board approval on Monday, August 31, 2026, to vary the objects of its Initial Public Offer (IPO) to use the funds for other specific purposes, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited.

CapitalNumbers Infotech Limited has paid Rs 23,40,00,000, or USD 24,51,288.49, towards the purchase of 100% shareholding from existing shareholders of Epitome Cloud Inc. (“Sellers”), in accordance with a Stock Purchase Agreement signed on July 3, 2026, for a total consideration of approximately Rs 40 crore, which includes an indirect acquisition of Epitomecloud Technology Private Limited.

CapitalNumbers Infotech has secured an order worth Rs 2.46 crore for an AI project in healthcare domain from an UK based client.

Capitalnumbers Infotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
