During the meeting, Mrs. Laveena Bhatia, Whole-Time Director, presented an overview of the company’s performance for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, highlighting key developments, the company’s name change, and its strategic diversification into new business areas, alongside the declaration of a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share and the appointment of Mr. Kaushik Ghosh, Mr. Ranjan Ghosh, Mr. Yash Pal Bhatia, and Mr. Adit Bhatia as directors.

Mach Travel Solutions Ltd share price inched up 1.76% to Rs 171.0 after the company`s net profit saw a strong growth of 242.22% to Rs 6.16 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 73.37% to Rs 144.33 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Other Consumer Services industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 6706.42 crore, easing 4.04%. It has improved by 0.12% over last one week and rose by 10.64% in last one month while the market capitalization of Mach Travel Solutions Ltd has gained 10.32% and 21.28% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Mach Travel Solutions Ltd stood at Rs 8.24 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 492.81% year-on-year, and jumping 172.85% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 5 crore, surging by 815.09% YoY and expanding by 99.59% sequentially. Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 71% to Rs 137.88 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 8.91 crore, soaring 78.56% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations declined slightly by 0.64% to Rs 235.75 crore, while net profit plunged by 45.87% to Rs 14.17 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 3260% to Rs 15.4 crore, and PBT tumbled by 43.74% to Rs 19.74 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 8.87 crore in FY26, as against Rs 17.66 crore in FY25. Mach Travel Solutions Ltd soared by 28.57% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.

Mach Travel Solutions will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Mach Conferences & Events announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
