NIS Management Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for its securities, scrip code 544495, will be closed for directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
