B.R.Goyal Infrastructure announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 29 June 2026.

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure has received a work order from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the engagement of user fee agency through E-Tender for Kathpur Fee Plaza at km 472.000 of Himmat Nagar-Chiloda Section from km 443.000 to km 495.000 of the NH-8 in the State of Gujarat. The accepted value of the said work order is Rs. 118.02 crore.

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity Share (i.e. 2.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure has received a work order from National Highways Authority of India for the engagement of user fee collection agency on the basis of competitive bidding through e-tender for Simliya Fee Plaza at km 409.680 and Fatehpur Fee Plaza at km 461 .290 for Kota - Baran Section from km 388.263 to km 492.322 of NH-76 in the State of Rajasthan.
