B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited announced that it executed an Inter-Corporate Deposit Agreement with Right Time Consultancy Services Private Limited on September 1, 2026, to raise Rs 2.50 crore for working capital requirements, with a term of 12 months and a lock-in period of 6 months at an interest rate of 12% per annum. The facility is unsecured, and Right Time Consultancy Services Private Limited is not related to B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited’s promoter, promoter group, or group companies.

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited announced the allotment of 11,00,000 convertible warrants to nine non-promoter entities, including Mavira AMC LLP, Henal Mayank Mamania, and Shailesh Lahoti, following shareholder approval and an in-principle approval from the BSE Limited. The company received Rs 3,27,25,000 in warrant subscription money, equivalent to 25% of the issue price, and the warrants have a face value of Rs 10 each and were issued at a price of Rs 119 per warrant, carrying a right to subscribe to one equity share within 18 months.
