Speciality Medicines Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the draft Directors’ Report for the financial year 2025-26 and decided to convene the 5th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. IST via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, further appointing National Securities Depository Limited as Remote E-Voting Agency and CS Hardikkumar Jetani as Scrutinizer for the Annual General Meeting.

Speciality Medicines will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 May 2026.

Speciality Medicines has finalized a commercial arrangement with an international entity that specializes in importing and distributing the pharmaceutical finished products, supporting its future growth. Under the said deal, the said entity has agreed to distribute, market and sell the products of the company of value of USD 2 million (an approximate value of Rs 18.8 crore).
