Innovision Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that there was no deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through its initial public offer on March 23, 2026, as of the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a filing under Regulation 32(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; the company had raised gross proceeds of Rs 2,550 million and net proceeds of Rs 2,097.99 million.

Innovision will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Innovision has received a Letter of Award (LoA) /Work Order Engagement of user fee collection agency on the basis of competitive bidding through e-tender for Kishangarh Toll Plaza in the state of Rajasthan and upkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items. The contract is valued at Rs 205.20 crore.

Innovision has received a Letter of Award (LoA) /Work Order Engagement of user fee agency on the basis of Competitive Bidding through e-Tender for kariyamanglam fee plaza of two lanes with paved shoulders Tindivanam to krishnagiri section in the state of Tamil Nadu and unkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items.The contract awarded by National Highways Authority of India is valued at Rs 27.52 crore.

Innovision has received a Letter of Award (LoA) /Work Order Engagement of user fee collection agency on the basis of Competitive Bidding through e-Tender for Vaddupalli fee plaza at Anantapur-Kalyandurg section of two lane with paved shoulders on EPC mode under NH(O) in the State of Andhra Pradesh upkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items. The one-year contract is valued at Rs 9.23 crore.
