Nanta Tech Limited is proposing a preferential allotment of 6,25,000 convertible warrants to several individuals and groups, including promoters Mayank A Jani, Dhirajkumar C Acharya, and Naynaben D Acharya. Following the conversion of these warrants, the total post-issue share capital of the company will be 57,55,170 shares. Promoters Jani and Acharya are slated to receive the largest portions, with projected holdings of 5,38,600 and 1,04,800 shares respectively. The allotment, compliant with SEBI ICDR Regulations, will dilute existing shareholders and potentially influence decision-making, although the company states there will be no change in control. A valuation report justifying the warrant price is available on the company’s website, and allottees are subject to lock-in periods as per SEBI guidelines.

Nanta Tech announced that the 3rd Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 14 August 2026.

Nanta Tech will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 May 2026.
