Glottis Limited confirms no share dematerialisation requests during Q3 2026,
Glottis Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it received a certificate from KFIN Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming no requests were received for dematerialisation or rematerialisation of shares during the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.

Net profit of Glottis declined 5.72% to Rs 10.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
