Shanmuga Hospital Limited informed the BSE Limited that Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed that no requests for dematerialisation or rematerialisation of shares were received for the period July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018.

Shanmuga Hospital Limited will close its trading window for share transactions from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI’s insider trading regulations.

Shanmuga Hospital Limited informed the BSE Limited that its members approved amendments to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association at the 6th Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2026, including additions to the main object clause to provide support services to medical colleges and deal in computer software and digital applications, and alterations to the Articles of Association involving insertions, substitutions, and deletions of various clauses, subject to approval from the Registrar of Companies.

Shanmuga Hospital Limited informed the BSE Limited that its members approved the appointment of CS S Anuradha, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, at the company`s 6th Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2026.
