DESCO INFRATECH LIMITED announced it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DenEB Air Gases Private Limited for strategic collaboration in the LNG, LCNG and CNG infrastructure sectors to jointly pursue and execute engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) opportunities, as disclosed on September 16, 2026.

Desco Infratech Limited clarified that the board approved Rs 30 crore for loans, guarantees, or securities, correcting a typographical error in a previous disclosure that stated Rs 50 crore. The company also approved several other items at a board meeting on September 5, 2026, including the director’s report, appointment of a scrutinizer for the annual general meeting, and a proposal to increase borrowing powers from Rs 50 crore to Rs 150 crore, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board approved related-party transactions with Desco Bio Green Private Limited and Shri Green Agro Energies Private Limited, both valued up to Rs 30 crore per financial year.

Desco Infratech Limited approved a Rs 150 crore increase to its borrowing powers and a Rs 150 crore increase to the authority for selling or disposing of its undertakings at a board meeting held on September 5, 2026, both subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved related party transactions with Desco Bio Green Private Limited and Shri Green Agro Energies Private Limited, for services up to an aggregate value not exceeding Rs 30 crore per financial year, and recommended the re-appointment of Pankaj Pruthu Desai as Managing Director.

Desco Infratech has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Sabarmati Gas (a joint venture of GSPC & BPCL) for execution of a work order to amounting to Rs.15.06 crore. The order entails laying, installation, testing and commissioning of 4�, 6� & 8� dia. steel gas pipeline for connectivity.

Desco Infratech will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 4 May 2026.
