Borana Weaves Limited announced that its board of directors approved a loan agreement with Win Star Industries Private Limited for an unsecured loan of up to Rs 5 crore to provide financial assistance towards its business activities, with an interest rate of 12.00% per annum and a tenure commencing September 5, 2026.
