Borana Weaves Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 7, 2026, confirming no Demat/Remat requests were processed during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and the certificate was received from KFin Technologies Limited, the company`s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.

Borana Weaves Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of M/s. KSA & Co., Chartered Accountants as statutory auditor for a five-year period beginning April 1, 2026, and concluding March 31, 2031, at the company`s annual general meeting held on September 29, 2026.

Borana Weaves Limited will close its trading window for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, and Insiders from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Borana Weaves Limited announced that its board of directors approved a loan agreement with Win Star Industries Private Limited for an unsecured loan of up to Rs 5 crore to provide financial assistance towards its business activities, with an interest rate of 12.00% per annum and a tenure commencing September 5, 2026.
