Unified Data-Tech Solutions Limited, now known as Unified Data-Tech Solutions Limited, informed the BSE that its Board of Directors approved holding the 16th Annual General Meeting of its members on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio visual means, in accordance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Unified Data Tech Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 5.5 per equity Share (i.e. 55%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Unified Data Tech Solutions has received a follow�]on AMC order from one of India`s largest private sector banks.The latest order, valued at approximately Rs 4.24 crore (inclusive of taxes), pertains to AMC services for OEM infrastructure deployed at the bank`s Hyderabad Data Centre. Earlier in May, the company received a Rs 5.60 crore (inclusive of taxes) AMC services contract from the same institution, which marked the commencement of a strategic engagement with the bank.
