Oval Projects Engineering Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved a dividend of Rs 1 per fully paid-up equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, and recommended the re-appointment of Ms. Sneha Banik as a Whole-time director, also liable to retire by rotation. The board also approved the company’s report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and appointed Mr. Krishna Kumar Singh of M/s KKS & Associates as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process for the 13th Annual General Meeting, and M/s National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for providing e-voting facilities.
