Ace Software Exports Limited has completed the acquisition of the remaining 8,900 equity shares, representing 1.38% of the fully diluted equity share capital, of Ace Infoworld Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs 8,02,246, making Ace Infoworld Private Limited a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ace Software Exports Limited.
