Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited, incorporated on February 20, 2002, is a manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel products and reported a turnover of Rs 1,068.74 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26.

Shanti Gold International Limited announced it has invested Rs 38,759,734 to acquire 1,44,817 equity shares of Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Limited through a secondary market purchase, at a weighted average price of Rs 265.76 per share, increasing its stake to approximately 0.03% of Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Limited’s paid-up equity share capital. Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Limited, incorporated on November 26, 1985, is a South India-focused jewellery retailer with a turnover of Rs 250,239.27 million for the fiscal year 2025-26.
