Asston Pharmaceuticals Limited, formerly Asston Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 24,10,431 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, issued at Rs 115 per share, including a premium of Rs 105. The company`s paid-up equity share capital now stands at Rs 10,92,27,910, comprising 1,09,22,791 equity shares. The allotment was made to 15 investors, including Vijay Rathee, Vijaylaxmi Infra Projects Private Limited, and Swapneel Pradeep Rane, with Vijay Rathee receiving 13,17,391 shares.

Jain & Associates as Internal Auditor and M/s Panchal S K & Associates as Statutory Auditors, both effective September 4, 2026, following a board meeting. The board also recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Ashish Narayan Sakalkar as Managing Director and approved proposed increases in remuneration for Mr. Sakalkar, Mrs. Saili Jayaram More (Whole-time Director and CEO), and Mr. Sachin Chandrakant Badakh (Non-Executive Director), all subject to member approval.
