GRSM & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors for five years, commencing at the conclusion of the 21st Annual General Meeting, and Mr. Sudhir Vishnupant Hulyalkar as Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years starting from Financial Year 2026-27.
