Roadstar Investment Managers Limited, acting as the investment manager of Roadstar Infra Investment Trust, informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in units of the Trust will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

Roadstar Infra Investment Trust announced that its subsidiary, Pune Sholapur Road Development Company Limited (PSRDCL), has fully repaid external debt of Rs 528.83 crore, utilizing Rs 473.72 crore received from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) under the Vivad Se Vishwas -III scheme, and borrowings from the Trust, with lenders including Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Bank of Maharashtra, Canara Bank, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, Punjab & Sind Bank, Union Bank of India, UCO Bank, IndusInd Bank Limited and Aditya Birla Finance Limited.

Net profit of Roadstar Infra Investment Trust reported to Rs 35.25 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against net loss of Rs 119.70 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
