Knowledge Realty Trust will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from the opening hours of stock exchanges on September 25, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the trust’s financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Knowledge Realty Trust announced that its manager, Knowledge Realty Office Management Services Private Limited, has approved the raising of funds through the issuance of up to Rs 1000 crore through fresh issuance of listed, rated, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 100,000 each, on a private placement basis.

Knowledge Realty Trust is offering units for sale through the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), with sellers including BREP Asia SG L&T Holding (NQ) Pte. Ltd. and related entities, and the offering is restricted to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), not intended for public distribution in the United States. Investors, both in the US and internationally, face significant resale restrictions requiring compliance with regulations such as Rule 144A and Regulation S, and must notify subsequent purchasers of these limitations. US investors must represent themselves as sophisticated investors, while all investors are obligated to conduct their own due diligence and indemnify the sellers and brokers against any violations of the resale restrictions. The Trust cautions that future exemptions from registration are not guaranteed and adherence to Offer for Sale guidelines is mandatory.

Knowledge Realty Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.695 per equity Share (i.e. 1.695%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Knowledge Realty Trust reported to Rs 476.33 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against net loss of Rs 0.91 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
